Eggs, sunny side up cooked to perfection. Topped off with a shared plate of blackberry French toast. The coffee was exceptional with a slight chocolate undertone. I highly recommend! ”

“ After a quick Yelp search, FHL came up as a great option for brunch. Parked right in front and was seated right away on a Saturday morning. As you'll see in the video the front room, it does not appear very big and we were seated near the front window. But there is an outdoor patio in the back for more seating. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Just a warm and inviting first impression. The wait staff was excellent. Took our orders right away and made sure my coffee was always filled. The staff was smiling and making sure all points were covered. The food was very very good. In a word, the freshness of the ingredients really shines through. I had the biscuits and gravy. It was the cleanest tasting b and g that I've ever had. The topper of vegetables added delightful dimension to this dish. My sausage was not a patty but a chicken whole sausage. Overall a clean fresh take of a greasy southern classic. I also stole a bite of the Huevos Rancheros as my son was devouring it at record rate. Again the freshness of the ingredients sang through. Overall great experience. Come check it out! ”

“ They do a great job, but I was disappointed on our last visit by the chilaquiles. I thought the tortilla strips would be a crunchy garnish, but they're most of the dish. They're soaked in a delicious spicy tomato sauce, with an occasional tomato and potato, and the fried egg on top, but it's still a plate full of tortilla strips. ”
“ We stopped here on a Friday afternoon on a girls weekend trip to Sonoma for lunch. They were already out of their scone to have with my cappuccino and I opted for oatmeal, my friends order the salmon Niçoise and Chinese chicken salad. The food was great, the service was good and the setting is very inviting. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious. We will come again and try other entrees if in the area again some time soon. ”
“ If there's anything Farm House Local can do well, it is french toast. The blackberry coconut french toast was impeccable. I was a little scared at first of the coconut but it wasn't overpowering and I think served it's purpose well. The blackberry compote was so good -- no syrup needed! The latte I had was also delicious. The service was great. The vibes in here are good -- make sure to come early to get a table if you have a smaller group because it will be packed! I also just love the location of this place, downtown Larkspur is so cute and is definitely worth the journey from the surrounding area to take a walk around downtown, go in some shops, and get some breakfast here. ”
